Problems with receipt of email - now resolved

I was considering buying for a while but was a bit hesitant due to the price, but decided to treat myself. Loved the jumper when I finally did buy it, but it had a hole in it. I sent an email about it, they asked for more info and then.....nothing.Edit: I did have contact following this review, my emails with information and chasing it up were apparently not received? The situation is now resolved.

Good products

Good product. There’s not many reviews on here and people do tend to be more vocal about complaints. To give some balance. I ordered x2 sets of PJs for my Children. They took around 1 week from ordering to arriving which is fine as I’ve ordered them slightly larger to cover their next growth spurt. I’m very happy with the quality as the cotton feels very nice. My kids like the designs too. They aren’t too kiddy with huge minecraft or frozen images that I’m keen to see them wear something ‘a bit cooler’ - they look great in their Snow-leopards.

Don't expect a refund or any response from this company

After returning a pair of pyjamas that didn't fit (and cost £75) I have had no refund and no response after a month, despite several email chase ups to 3 Anorak email addresses, with the purchase details.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service - no reply to multiple emails. Inexcusable in this day and age. We run a business ourselves and I know our customers would not tolerate this. A real shame as the products/prints are lovely.Edit: I forwarded my email again on February 3, 2021 to info[at]anorakonline.co.uk. A "Request for more information" arrived a day or so later from Anorak through Trustpilot at which point I provided my email address. Again. Still no response as of February 12. Why exactly is it so difficult to follow through and respond? It's safe to say I will never order from Anorak again.

Received items and all fine

Received items and all fine. After light usage for 2 weeks one of seams unravelled. Have contacted customer service and have received no response at all. Their items are not cheap and I would expect better quality and service than this. Very disappointing and will not order from them again.NB: post edited to respond to reply. I have now emailed you three times. I have still not received a response.

Anorak deserve 6 stars!!

My daughter's Anorak PJs didn't arrive when expected and Christmas was fast approaching. Despite it being clearly the fault of Royal Mail, Anorak's customer service sorted it out in record time. I can't praise this company enough for their products, customer service and just all-round human kindness and decency

I ordered several doormats that looked…

I ordered several doormats that looked beautiful when they arrived but very very quickly fell apart. Contacted Anorak who offered to refund me for BOTH doormats but only refunded me for 1. Contacted them again but they have not responded! Absolutely will not be using this company again, and certainly will not be recommending them to anyone!

Panda Perfect

Ordered the panda bath mat and two hand towels. Excellent quality really pleased. Organic cotton and I like that the brand is family owned and moving towards using more British factories and becoming more sustainable. Delivery was prompt. No complaints whatsoever I would use again.

Very sad children's faces

Really disappointed. Not received my order, it has been 6 days. I have emailed and also rung the numbers provided and no one has go back to me. In fact you can't even get through to an answerphone machine. What has happened? Is there anyone there? Just a simple response would be sufficient to keep my children happy. They can't wait to receive their duvet covers...one day.
